In a powerful celebration of dedication and teamwork, the Chairman of Air Peace Limited, Dr. Allen Onyema, hosted the Engineering and Technical Services team to an appreciation dinner at Marriott Hotel, Lagos. Speaking in an atmosphere filled with camaraderie and pride, Dr. Onyema applauded the team for their outstanding performance on one of the airline’s wide-body aircraft. Precision, resilience, problem-solving and unwavering dedication, he noted, are the qualities that continue to power Air Peace as Africa’s fastest growing airline.
The Chairman emphasized that the gathering was not formal routine, but a heartfelt expression of gratitude to the professionals who “keep the engine of the organisation running.” He announced a salary increase for the Engineering team involved, reinforcing Air Peace’s commitment to investing in and rewarding excellence.
He also highlighted the collective role of not just Engineering, but Technical Services, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Finance, whose seamless collaboration ensures world-class operational standards. He encouraged all staff to stay united, think boldly, innovate, and uphold the values that define the organisation.
Dr. Onyema reiterated Air Peace's belief in a workplace where tribe, nationality, and background never stand above excellence, merit, and mutual respect. Every team member, Nigerian and expatriate is valued, supported, and recognised.
